8.3 Depending on the service, these steps may include least privilege access, multi factor authentication where supported, patching and updates for systems we manage, malware protection on managed devices where applicable, backups for systems we manage, restore testing where practical, and logging on key systems where supported.
8.4 You are responsible for safeguarding your own accounts, devices, and access permissions.

9.1 If we become aware of a data breach involving personal information we hold, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and work with you on next steps.
